Being a nationwide florist allows Canadawide Flowers to service every town and city across Canada through the use of an extensive network of partnerships with local flower retailers through Florists' Transworld Delivery. CanadawideFlowers.ca was a subsidiary of Pinkerton Flowers ltd which owned several flower companies across central and eastern Canada. The Mckenna Cote des Neiges division of Pinkerton Flowers was founded in 1859 making Canadawide Flowers Canada's oldest florist. Pinkerton Flowers has been serving the greater Montreal area since 1939.
CanadawideFlowers.ca separated from Pinkerton Flowers on February 26, 2010 as Pinkerton Flowers and its subsidiaries were bought out.
